We offer a wide range of delivery services to suit your needs and requirements, delivering Monday through to Friday (excluding bank holidays) to addresses across the UK.

Please Contact Us if you have specific requirements which are not explained below.

Orders are processed same day (excluding bank holidays) when ordered before 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, for orders throughout the weekend and up until 12pm Sunday orders are processed on the Sunday.

Please note Next Day delivery is only available when ordering Sunday through to Thursday on orders placed before the order processed cut off times. If your order is placed outside of this time your order will be despatched the next working day.

When products are not shown as "In Stock - Next Day" we show our best estimate of how long it will be before we can despatch the product. If for any reason we're not able to get your items despatched within the estimated time, we will email you to let you know.

If everything in your order is in stock we will despatch it that day as long as the order is placed within the advertised cut of time.

If something is out of stock we will either wait until we have everything here to send in one parcel (this is more economical and helps to keep our carbon footprint down), or we’ll split your order and send what we can right away. We don’t automatically do this though – so let us know if you’d like us to.

If you need a specific delivery time of day and you're based in the UK, please choose one of the 'Express' services at checkout.

We now offer Monday delivery, for orders placed between 5:00pm Thursday to 12pm Sunday your order will be despatched Sunday when choosing Next Day Delivery.

Click and Collect

Collect your order from a local shop in partnership with UPS.
Your order will be despatched and delivered the next working day if ordered within the advertised cut off times.
You will receive an email to advise the order has been accepted by UPS and another when your order is ready to collect.
Please note you will need to bring a government issued ID when collecting the parcel from your chosen store. You will be asked to sign for your parcel when collecting.
Your order will be sent back to us if your order has not been collected within 10 days.

Delivery of Goods

We can deliver to addresses within mainland U.K although for deliveries to certain remote locations e.g. Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands there may be a slightly longer delivery lead time. For non-mainland UK addresses e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands carriage charges may vary. Please contact us for further details.

Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work.

Your order will usually be delivered by UPS however on occasion an alternative carrier may be used. A signature may be required for carrier deliveries.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days does not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

Please ask for further details. Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for.

If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.

We will make every effort to inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Availability

We hold a large range of stocked items in our main distribution centre however not all items displayed on the site are continually stocked.

A delivery / dispatch estimate is displayed against each product to reflect this. Occasionally, an exceptional increase in demand may occur and we experience difficulties in replenishing our stocks.

If there is likely to be a delay, we will advise you accordingly and you shall have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Receiving the Order

Upon receiving the goods, please check the boxes for any signs of visible damage. If there are any signs of visible damage, please note this upon signing for the goods, and inform DHS Spares too.

Please inspect the goods within 48hrs and if they are found to be damaged, broken or faulty, please inform us immediately.
