Product Information: The thermostat is a safety device that controls the temperature that specific parts of the appliance can reach. Once the maximum or minimum temperature set has been reached, the thermostat will either allow processes to begin that will heat up that section or cease the process to make sure the temperature limit will not be exceeded.
