Product Information: Usually, there are two different types of electrode, Ignition electrodes and flame sensing electrodes. The Ignition electrode is responsible for making the spark that begins combustion. The flame sensing electrodes are responsible for detecting whether there is a flame present in the burner. This is an important safety device that makes sure the boiler isn't still supplying gas without a flame.

This part is present in 11 different boilers on our system including the ECOFLAM BLU 1000 P AB GAS BURNER, ECOFLAM BLU 500 P AB GAS BURNER, ECOFLAM BLU 700 P AB GAS BURNER, ECOFLAM BLU 700 P LPG GAS BURNER and the ECOFLAM BLU 700 P NATURAL GAS BURNER.
