Product Information: The pilot burner is a flame within the unit that is used to begin combustion of the gas that is coming in to the main burner. When the appliance is switched on the gas valve releases gas in to the burner which is then ignited by the pilot flame. The pilot flame works in tandem with the pcb and the rest of the pilot assembly to ensure that the gas is ignited efficiently and safely.

This part is present in 9 different boilers in the Glowworm range including the Glowworm FUELSAVER 35F , ECONOMY 30F , ECONOMY 40F , ECONOMY 50F , FUELSAVER 100F .
