The Hayes 8115 Heavy Duty Surface Probe (K-Type) features a 1m coiled cable with a fitted mini plug. The probe has a 10mm diameter ceramic tip for surface temperature measurements.

The Hayes 8115 has a maximum temperature of 1000°C and maximum exposure time of 5 minutes at temperatures higher than 250°C.
