Product Information: Usually, there are two different types of electrode, Ignition electrodes and flame sensing electrodes. The Ignition electrode makes the spark that starts off combustion within the appliance The flame sensing electrodes are responsible for checking if there is a flame present in the burner. This is an important task that ensures the boiler doesn't keep supplying gas while no flame is present.

This part is present in 3 different boilers in the Ideal range including the Ideal CLASSIC M3050 , CLASSIC M3080 , ICOS M3080 .
