Product Information: The pilot burner is a naked flame within the unit that is needed to ignite the gas that is coming in to the main burner. When the appliance is turned on the gas valve allows gas in to the burner which is then ignited by the pilot flame. The pilot flame operates in tandem with the printed circuit board and the rest of the pilot assembly to ensure that all of the injected gas is ignited efficiently and safely.

This part is present in 103 different boilers in the Powrmatic range including the Powrmatic PGUH 40 1990-2000 BTUH, PGUH 50 1990-2000 BTUH, PGUH 75 1990-2000 BTUH, PGUH 85 1990-2000 BTUH, PGUH 100 1990-2000 BTUH.
