This part is based around the diverter valve section. The diverter valve is a directional water mechanism that is only found on a combi boiler, which is designed to allow hot water to be guided to the central heating (radiators etc.) or to the hot water system (taps etc.). This is one of the reasons combi boilers are more popular in the market due to the combi boiler not requiring a cylinder to provide hot water to both the taps and radiators .
