Product Information: This part is located within the heat exchanger section. There are two different types of heat exchanger that can be installed, the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger. The primary is present in almost all boilers and it allows the heat to be transferred from the burner to the water within the system. The secondary heat exchanger only appears on combination boilers and allows the heat to be transferred from one closed system to another.

This part is present in 6 different boilers in the Vaillant range including the Vaillant ECOmax 828/2 E , ECOmax 824/2 E , ECOmax 835 E , VUW 246/2-C , VUW 286/2-C .
