Product Information: The condensate trap holds the discharge which begins to build in the primary heating/cooling system. This is caused by the alterations in the temperature and pressure within those systems. A discharge pipe linked to the condensate trap then allows any held water passage out of the property. The water captured by a condensate trap may contain mild levels of acid due to carbon dioxide formed from boiler use dissolving in the water. Discharge pipes are very rarely made of anything other than plastic as this water could damage a metal pipe over time.

This part is present in 15 different boilers in the Worcester range including the Worcester CDI 25 , CDI 30 , CDI 35 , CDI 40 , GREENSTAR 25CDI COMBI.
